How do I send a broadcast to my list?
Write it, choose who gets it, send a test to yourself, then send. A broadcast cannot be unsent, so the test step is not optional.

Open Subscribers, then Broadcasts
Create a broadcast is at the top right.
Send a test to yourself first
It is the only way to see what your list will see.
You will know it worked whenThe broadcast shows as sent, with a count of who received it.
